30-Day Satisfaction Policy from Outlaw Audio


Please note that should you decide to return an item for refund, you MUST contact a customer service rep at 866-OUTLAWS and request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (R/A) #. Returns received without an R/A # will result in refund delays, a 10% restocking fee and are subject to refusal. When a request is made to return a product under our 30-day money back guarantee, we will arrange for return shipping at our expense* and we will refund you the purchase price for that product(s). Refunds for refused or undeliverable shipments will result in a 10% restocking fee. In addition, the original cost of shipping the product will be deducted from the final refund.


*Exceptions to this policy:


• Returns from outside the contiguous U.S. will be shipped back to our designated warehouse at the customers expense, once received and inspected, the standard U.S. ground rate only will be refunded along with the original purchase price (duties and taxes paid will not be refunded).

• Free-Shipping Promotions. All purchases that qualify for a Free-Shipping Promotion will be refunded the purchase price less the cost of ground shipping. An Outlaw Customer Service Representative will provide you with a return shipping label(s) at no charge (contiguous U.S. only). In order to receive a full refund of the purchase price, all packing materials and accessories must be included with the original product return. The value of any missing items will be deducted from the refund amount on all returns.


Combination Orders, (Pricing and Returns) :

If you order a discounted combination package such as a pre-amplifier/amplifier combination and return one of the bundled products for refund, any package discount will be DEDUCTED from your refund amount.


B-Stock :

Note that all "B Stock" units carry the same "30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee" and the same warranties as our new products. They may have minor appearance defects, but are fully checked for "like-new" electrical performance.


The Outlaw Limited Warranty

This warranty protects the owner of an Outlaw Product (the PRODUCT) for five (5) years for the, BLS and LCR Loudspeakers,the Models 7075, 7125, 7200, 7500, 7700, 7900, 990, and Model 2200, three (3) years for the Model 970, the LFM-1 (EX, Plus and Compact) and the LFM-2 and two (2) years for the RR2150 from the date of purchase by the original owner. This warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship with the following specific exceptions. These are:

• Damage caused by improper installation or adjustment

• Damage caused by accident, unreasonable use or neglect

• Damage from failure to follow instructions contained in this Owner's Manual

• Damage from the performance of repairs by someone not authorized by Outlaw Audio

• Any unit on which the serial number has been effaced, modified, or removed

• Damage occurring during shipment

• Units which have been altered or modified in design, appearance or construction

This warranty covers only the actual defects within the PRODUCT itself. IT DOES NOT cover costs of installation in (or removal from) a fixed installation, or normal set-up, claims based on any misrepresentation by the seller, or performance variations resulting from installation related circumstances such as signal quality, AC power or incompatibilities with speakers and/or other system components. During the warranty period, Outlaw Audio will, at its option, either repair the defect, or replace the defective product, or the defective parts, or components thereof at no charge to the owner for parts and labor covered by this warranty. If necessary repairs are not covered by this warranty, or if a unit is examined which is not in need of repair, you will be charged for the repairs and/or the examination. If non-warranted repairs are needed, we will notify you of the estimated cost and ask for your authorization to perform said repairs. You must pay shipping charges incurred in getting your Product to the factory. We will pay the return shipping charges if the repairs are covered by the warranty. Please save the original shipping cartons as the unit MUST be returned in the original carton and packing. (Replacement cartons are available at a modest charge.)
